January 2012 end of month review

Holy smokes the month of January flew by!  It seems like yesterday that we were dancing in my kitchen on New Years Eve.  I had two main goals for January and I managed to reach them both!
  1. Goal number 1, lose 10 lbs in the month of January. DONE!!  The scale this morning read -13.2!
  2. Goal number 2, no alcohol in the month of January.  Not a drop to drink!  My co-worker asked me this morning if I was having wine tonight.  Probably not but I could if I wanted :)
Looking forward: February's goal is to lose another 10lbs and to exercise everyday.  I'm having huge issues with my hip/knee/ankle so finding low/no impact will be key.
